Return and Refund Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with Q Po India. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a positive shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

We accept returns Only under the following conditions:

 

a. Manufacturing Defect: If the product you received has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (After the 7 days, no escalation is going to be considered.). We may request photographic evidence of the defect for verification.
Important Note: If you purchase any car mats & alter them in any way. We're not responsible for any of these returns shall be entertained.


b. Fitting Issues: In the event of a fitting issue, please contact us within days of receiving the product. We may ask for additional information or measurements to assist with the return process.
Important Note: Since mats carry their size & and space, we would request you to remove the extra covers like car lamination, car cushioning, as they affect the mats fitting. No return shall be entertained if the lamination is still attached.
Used products can't be returned, if there's no fitting/defect issue

 

c. Incorrect Product Delivery: If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within the same days. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
Note: If the wrong model/year is chosen from the user side, then no return shall be entertained.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

a. Contact our customer service team at info@qpoindia.com or call us at: +91-9310733187 within the specified time frame.

 

b. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and, if applicable, photographic/videographic evidence.

 

c. Wait for further instructions from our customer service team.

 

3. Return Shipping

 

For eligible returns, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for return.

Important Note: If our team declares the non-eligibility of the return (after verifying the issues). Then no return going to be initiated. Still, if The User still wants to process the return or cancel the order (after dispatch), then the amount(two-way) of the return is solely borne by The User, which will be deducted at the time of refund (if he/she agrees). Return amount can vary from location to location, which can be informed by the QPo India Team.

If The User wants to return from his/her end, then he/she has to confirm with the QPo India Team and provide the relevant information required by The Team.

3. a Cancellation 
If the user wants to cancel the order then he/she has to notify us within 24 hours (before dispatch).
Since we're using third-party logistics partners, once the order is dispatched, it can't be canceled.

Still, if The User still wants to process the cancellation, then the amount(two-way) of the shipping is solely borne by The User, which will be deducted at the time of refund (if he/she agrees). Return amount can vary from location to location, which can be informed by the QPo India Team.
3. b. Escalation Channels
Any concern related to cancellation, address modification, product issues, etc. can be catered to through official medium of channels i.e. Via the Official Number +91-9310733187 or email : info@qpoindia.com
3. c. RTO Charges
Since we're using third-party logistics partners, we request the User to enter the correct address details & co-ordinate with the courier partners during delivery. The order delivery is attempted thrice, once it's reached the attempt threshold,it'll shift to the RTO.
We request the User to ensure the correct details & maintain a proper follow-up. Once, RTO is initiated, the two-shipping will be solely borne by the User, which can be deducted at the time of refund(Once the product is received).

 

Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the bank account of the user. The refund amount will be transferred to same account from the purchase being made.

Note: Once the order is dispatched, no cancellation shall be entertained.

 

5. Exclusions

 

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

 

a. Items without their original packaging.

 

b. Items that show signs of use or damage not related to manufacturing defects.

8. Retail Shop

If the User purchases the car mats from a nearby Retail Shop and faces any type of issue, Then Q Po India is not liable for the concern.
Users have to contact that retailer
Important Note: If you purchase any product from our website, THE USER cannot avail the product directly from their nearby retailers, Since Your order was directly dispatched from Q Po India, &  we don't involve dealers or distributors.
