I received a damaged product. What should I do?

I mistakenly placed an order and want to cancel it. Is it possible?
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Kindly check our Refunds Policy page for more information regarding cancellations and refunds.
Car mats doesn’t fit properly? What should I do?

I forgot to implement discount? Can I get the same discount amount after the purchase?
Unfortunately not, once the order is placed without the discount. The discount amount wouldn't be revert back to the customer account
